Andreas Smaragdis “Mani”

Andreas Smaragdis is a celebrated photographer who published a photographic album dedicated to the Mani Peninsula.  The book captures the unique landscape, history, and people of the region. Smaragdis describes the area as having a mix of calm sea views and the intense feeling of the characteristic stone towers. For the photobook “Mani”  a thoughtful design approach was taken to showcase the photographer’s work. The layout and cover were crafted to provide a clean and understated framework, allowing the images to be the primary focus. A balanced composition and careful consideration of design elements resulted in a cohesive and engaging visual narrative. The book’s design aims to provide an immersive experience, letting the photographs speak for themselves.
