Tripwire

Formed in Athens, Greece in 1999, Tripwire is a five-piece alternative rock band that has undergone significant transformations over the years. Despite geographical challenges, the group has continually experimented with their sound, exploring diverse genres such as bossa nova, jazz, and rock while maintaining a strong melodic core within the alternative music sphere.

The sleeve concept, inspired by the album’s title “Full Circle”, symbolizes the band’s journey since their second album, marking a full circle of growth and exploration.

The accompanying photo shoot, featuring a goldfish in a bowl, serves as an allegory for the band’s desire to break free from musical stereotypes & stagnant creative cycles. By releasing “Full Circle”, Tripwire aimed to shatter the constraints of conventional music expectations and forge a new path, both sonically and visually.
